If there’s ever a concern with your order, we’re here to make it right—provided the product is returned in its original condition within 14 days.
To ensure a smooth return process, please include:
The item as delivered (sealed or unused where applicable)
Your Kilo order receipt
Any packaging or tags
A note describing the issue, if applicable
⚠️ We cannot accept returns of food items that have been opened or consumed unless they were delivered defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed according to local regulations.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders are packed and shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 24 hours depending on your area. You’ll get a tracking link to follow your order in real time.
What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?
No worries! If no one is available, we’ll contact you to reschedule or leave it in a safe spot (if allowed). For fresh items, we recommend having someone receive the order.
Do you deliver outside major cities?
We currently deliver across most cities and governorates in Egypt. Enter your address at checkout to see if we cover your area.
Is the food delivered fresh?
Always. We pack your order the same day it’s harvested, roasted, or prepared. Our eco-friendly packaging helps maintain freshness during delivery.
Can I return or replace an item?
If something’s not right—whether damaged, missing, or not what you ordered—just reach out within 14 days and we’ll fix it. For food safety reasons, opened items can’t be returned unless faulty.
