Who’s eligible?
- Orders that never arrive
- Wrong or missing items
- Damaged or spoiled goods (report within 24 hrs with a photo)
How to request?
Email customercare@kilogcc.com within 24 hrs of delivery
Include your name, order number, issue description, and photos (if any)
What happens next?
We’ll review and respond within 2 business days
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method in 2–5 business days
Cancellations
Full refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of ordering
After 30 minutes but before dispatch: partial or full refund, depending on progress
Once out for delivery: treated as a return request under the above terms
What’s non-refundable?
Opened or consumed items (unless defective)
Delivery/shipping fees (unless the entire order fails to deliver)
