Services
Kilogcc.com offers a platform for ordering fresh products and other items for home delivery or self-pickup within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Users are required to register with a unique username and password and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Kilogcc.com does not share user information with third parties.

Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed online and must be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Certain items, such as meat products, may require up to 48 hours for processing. Payments are accepted via Visa and MasterCard in Saudi Riyals (SAR). If payment authorization is not granted, the order will be canceled. Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting: customercare@kilogcc.com.

Delivery
Users must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Kilogcc.com is not responsible for incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery. Orders will not be redelivered to alternative addresses. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond Kilogcc.com’s control.

Returns and Refunds
Kilogcc.com is committed to issuing full or partial refunds in cases of non-delivery, order errors, or missing items, using the original payment method.

Payment Card Use
The user must be authorized to use the card used for payment. Card data is treated confidentially and is neither stored nor shared. Refunds may take up to two business days to process, and users should follow up with their bank in case of delays.

User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of login details, and refrain from misusing the platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same user is prohibited. Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian approval. Impersonation, harassment, circumvention of restrictions, and illegal use of the platform are strictly forbidden.

Service Suspension
Kilogcc.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice and is not liable for any resulting service interruptions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within the Kingdom.

Data Collection and Usage
Kilogcc.com collects user data to deliver and improve its services, personalize content, and manage promotional offers. Data may be stored and processed outside the Kingdom in accordance with applicable regulations.
